Refund Policy

Because Virtual Coins are digital goods delivered immediately, all purchases are generally final once the coins have been delivered to your character.

When we refund

• Payment was taken but coins were not delivered within 72 hours.
• Duplicate payment for the same order.
• Payment made by an unauthorized person (please contact us promptly).

When we do not refund

• Coins were delivered to the character name you entered.
• Coins were already spent, or the account was banned for rule violations.
• Server wipes, resets or balance changes.

How to request

Email anonimaspan@gmail.com with your order number, character name and payment email. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 5-10 business days.
